Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@jolieesprit.com with your order number and reason for cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any modifications or cancellations requested after this deadline.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
